Law student formally disciplined by a university for saying women have vaginas and are weaker than men, grassed up by her own classmates. Faces being booted out of the course for discrimination. I had to check twice as initially I thought the article was about trans rights and she was the one doing the complaining.

That's the cancel culture of today. No freedom of speech if it offends anyone and everyone is offended by something or other. Is it any wonder that loathsome anonymous trolls hide behind snidey remarks on social media when we are not permitted to have open discussions about these sorts of subjects?

I've no issue with freedom of expression what I do have an issue with is folk like you who are obviously not stupid punting this ****e. I know that you know its BS. These kinds of things are what is keeping Labour out of power. I actually had a look at Corbyns manifesto after you prompted and there are some great policies yet all they Labour leadership seems to care about is 'Social Issues). Very very few people give a **** about these things so why are Labour making them sacrosanct? A Tory couldn't have done a worse job of ****ing Labour up than the current Labour custodians.

The university said it was all for free speech but reckoned the masculine looking burd breached disciplinary rules. Not clear what those breaches were or how she expressed them other than speaking her mind which some twat thought was hate speech.

Fancy being in a law lecture and the subject of trans rights comes up, you try to posit that a human being born with actual functioning female reproductive organs is a woman and some simp complains. If it is a statement of fact I don't see how this could be a breach of discipline, if she had said "I hate men trying to pretend to be women and they should all be shot" then it is hateful, pointing out biology shouldn't get you booted off campus.

 

What the law student said would generally be accepted as factually accurate as “women have vaginas” and as a generalisation women are “not as strong as men”. Whether transwomen should be treated as women in sports is clearly a matter for debate, which should be allowed in a class on gender law.

I note that Abertay University refused to comment on the reason they were investigating disciplinary action against the student. I am guessing that they have no problem with what she said (freedom of speech) but how she said it. Maybe her woke juniors on the course did not like her tone of voice. The online abuse will be more woke lefties.

 

Why the **** does it bother you what people choose to call themselves? **** knows how many people that call themselves binary or whatever, it doesn't ****ing matter, it's not causing you any harm, no one is forcing you to shag them, hang out with them or even talk to them.

And yet again, you parrot the same **** about Labour leadership. You fail to realise that's all YOU hear about from them, doesn't mean that's all they care about. If the thick as **** serfs in this country blame Labour for their lives then ****'em, this country has had Tories in charge ****ing constantly since WW2, yet all the things that have benefited them have been introduced by a handful of Labour PMs.
