Out for 4-6 weeks according to Sunderland echo, looks like Ji will get some more playing time up top with maybe cook, noble or lynch on the bench.
Very bad news but could have been far worse so lets look on the positive side... Just aswell we have a deep squad of premier league class strikers ready to slot in.... Walking the tightrope already and its only the 2nd week in November.
Who we play is academic as Bruce will revert to 4 5 1 or worse still 4 4 1 1. I was very optimistic about the next 4 games not so sure now mind and, if we fail to beat the teams we are playing we could find ourselves even further in the clarts. Also hear Ji is apparently not up to scratch fitness wise so will probably be on the bench anyway happy days again at SAFC.
