Hi Mate, don't be like that, I know your arse is very sore tonight but i'm here if you need a shoulder to cry on. Clearly Spurs have just lost their way, once again!

To be fair to you mate, i wouldn't trust that Pochettino as you now will have to settle for a top four scrap. Scrap being the ultimate word. I think with his Manchester United dream, virtually destroyed by the great display of management by the one and only ole gunnar solskjaer, Pinocchio's dream is all but destroyed and Spurs are to end up potless for yet another season :(

A cynic may suggest that Poch and some of the players were tanking it on purpose to then turn around and use a lack of Champions League football as an excuse to leave. Levy would accept the cash to fill in the financial holes created by the increased stadium costs and they'd all win whilst offering the fans "hope".

Not me though. I wouldn't suggest that.

Tbf I think Poch and Spurs have a lot to answer for. Don't they understand the ball-aching pain and humiliation the Spurs fans on here have to endure in the second half of every season - season after season?!

Ahhh I remember the days of Martin Jol, things somehow seemed better then. But he had to go film for the Fantastic Four, and it's never been the same since.

  10. You mean, finishing 5th and 6th, instead of 3rd and 4th, most seasons, yeah?

I meant fighting for silverware and actually winning a trophy and reaching another final iirc. The starting point was lower so the progress was greater.

Spuds don't do real trophies mate.

    'Putting the pressure on'
    'Hearts and minds'
    'Finishing above Arsenal'

These self proclaimed trophies are good enough for Spurs fans.

  16. Gooners are, certainly.

They are the "never going to challenge ever again" crew.

That 'crew' is that like the one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind thingy. I have to give it to you mate, Spurs are quite close to the moon, their trophy cabinet is just as barren. In fact i think my pub team has more silverware than you over the last 6 years. But hey mate, as long has you finish above Arsenal, you will feel like winners bro <ok>
