http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23480443 Why are ****ing Liverpool considered to be big ffs?! It is so annoying. Last year they finished 7th for ****s sake. Of course moving to Arsenal, a team playing champions league football, from a team not even in the Europa league is a ****ing step up. It's this same deluded concept of Liverpool that caused Mig to sell himself short. He should have went to a Champions league team Quotes from Micheal Owen, the twat: "I'm struggling to understand why he would leave and stay in England with Liverpool being the stature they are." "Arsenal are a fabulous club and have got a great heritage, but Liverpool are as big - if not bigger,"
Dont like liverpool, rodgers, suarez, dogleash, souness, hanson and many more, dispicable living in the past club
Liverpool are as deluded as the craas......only they have actually won a few bits and bobs? Lol I really would like to see them struggle next season and finish bottom 10 and this from a man who loved the Liverpool teams of the 70's and 80's. I cant stand them these days and especially their thick as **** deluded fans.
Gonna go against the grain here. Despite people's loathing of them, worldwide they are seen as a massive club, only second to Man U in terms of the Prem. Sad but true.
Aye, I get that in terms of supporters and profile around the world they're massive. But having Asian fans will do nowt to help you further your career by playing at the highest level. By joining Arsenal Suarez could play in the Champions league, yet Owen can't understand why he'd move from Liverpool who aren't competing in anything.
Sure mate, i get what you are saying, but when was the last time Arsenal won anything major, compared to Liverpool?
I hate them, but will concede that they are big without hesitation. Owen's remarks are turd however - it's not the first time a player has moved from one big club to another.
Yeah that's a true But in reality Arsenal will get champions league again this season whereas Liverpool will at best get Champions league As a player I'd rather I played in the Champions league than win the odd domestic cup
The biggest clubs in the PL are 1) Man Utd 2) Liverpool 3) Arsenal The three best clubs are 1) City 2) Chelsea 3) Man Utd (This could well be Arsenal depending on what Moyes does) The two things are independent of each other. Arsenal as a football team are streets ahead of Liverpool. Liverpool as a worldwide organisation are bigger than Arsenal. Footballing wise, Suarez has made a great decision.
