    Take out;
    Downing
    Suarez (Yes, Suarez)
    Adam

    Why?
    Downing can't cross or shoot.
Suarez needs to know sometimes his fancy flicks look nice, in reality, hardly any of them work.
    Adam is generally wasteful

    Change-
Stop full backs pushing up so much, they should support, not always look to go forward and cross
Stop the useless balls out wide
Play more oftenly down the middle, when the situation allows
Treat each pass/shot/cross based on the situation on the pitch - Seems like the players are hardcoded to certain moves

    Play the following team:
    Reina
    Johnson - Skrtel - Agger - Enrique
    Spearing
    Henderson - Gerrard
    Maxi - Carroll - Bellamy

Bellamy and Maxi should drop deep and support when not on the ball, whilst still supporting the attack when on the ball, providing more options in the attacking third.
If Carroll seems isolated, change to a 4-4-2 with Gerrard and Spearing in the middle, Henderson on the right and Maxi on the left.
