Something I don't understand about that article - it says the 3 year deal which started this season is worth just over £3bn in total, yet the TV companies have paid out £1.6bn for this season alone - I'll be a bit pissed off if we get promoted and the dosh on offer actually goes down again as they spread less than half of the pot over 2 seasons. I must be missing something.
