Neil Adams motivated them! http://www.getreading.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/reading-fc-star-danny-williams-8355767?
Have to say he´s got a point Dave, I have thought several times that Adams has crossed the line as regards to being respectful towards both other managers and other teams. Needs to be a bit more careful sometimes, and perhaps concentrate on motivating his own players rather than motivating the opposition
He needs to learn some respect, remember the disrespect he showed towards Mick at our place. some of you might say it doesn't make a difference, It could well make a difference when looking at players to bring in to your club, always good to have happy contacts in the game.
Whilst on the subject of disrespect... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30628138 Jacob Murphy showing real class.
I'm sure we all did silly things at that age, most of us were lucky enough to avoid the gutter press!
Footballers should stay away from social media . Bassong Balotelli Barton Ferdinand Ranger so many stories of players saying idiotic things and damaging their careers.
It shows a great lack of maturity and disrespect for the people that pay his wages. I hope he learns from this and apologises to Blackpool, the hard pressed Blackpool fans and indeed Norwich City for all the embarrassment he has caused. I don't think he meant any harm but just showed an incredible naïveté which is common in kids of his age.
How did it get posted? Did he put it on twitter? Because it is only a snapchat. Its a lot about nothing anyway, hardly the worst thing ever posted on social media, it was actually a bit funny. Although it is a pretty stupid thing to do.
