Have been meaning to write this for a long time but after tonight's game thought I would make the effort. I absolutely hate Barcelona with a passion that shouldn't really be directed at a football team, and I am afraid I now have to put Spain in the same bracket. I accept that Spain are probably the best team in the world at present and this is because they probably have the best players, why I hate them is because this is not enough for them they still have to cheat there way through games way beyond an acceptable level, I used to think that Danny Alves was the biggest con artist ever to pull on a football shirt, I now have to say he has lost his title and it has gone to a Geordie sorry I mean a Jordi, Jordi Alba has now took his crown throughout this tournament this guy has been shot by so many snippers he really is a walking miracle. The sad thing is though both of them are excellent footballers but this is clearly not enough, but this goes through the whole Spanish team ( and Barcelona ) it really boils my piss that these very talented players have to resort to what is basically cheating and con teams out of any real chance of beating them because they know that they get extra protection from the officials . I may not have explained myself very well but I had to try and express my hatred to what many see as the best team(s) in modern times. Also I really don't like the Barcelona , SPanish way of playing tippy tippy football. And also no one out there can put forward an argument that will make me change my mind because I know a lot of you will think I am talking ****e, but I don't really care . Glad to get it off my chest , now breath ..................
Subtle diving and crafty ankle tapping or standing on feet have been a permanent feature of continental football since dot. Unfortunately it has crept into our game now. It got to me as well today as players went down holding their heads (a game stopper by FIFA edict) and then get up holding their shoulder. Even after your point that they don't have to do it, it starts about schoolk level and is inbred.
The way you feel towards barca basically sums up my feelings about Pepe. Why is he not slated more? Am i the only person who sees it? Argh! Infuriating!

Much prefer a game like tonight, plenty of goal mouth incident and a few goals. Alas the Spaniards will go onto win the tournament (hope not) and many will say they are the best ever. Again lets hope not...
I'd rather watch runny ****e making its way slowly down a toilet bowl as watch the Spanish. Yes technically they are superb and yes they make 4 million passes a match but I'd sooner watch the Germans or Italians or the Dutch when they are on song. Quick, direct and hungry for goals not Opta stat possession and tippy tappy passes. Hope the Italians absolutely stuff the arse out of the Spanish on Sunday and I'll be wearing my blue colours for sure.
last few posters were spot on Spain play boring football and the way they scream as the opposing team get within an inch of them - for me they are technically "big girls blouses"
Some people just hate pure class when its in front of them. Same people who will find any excuse to hate Barca or Messi. Fact is Spain are just a level beyond, they have a chance to win 3 consecutive major tournaments in a row (a first???) Just sit back and enjoy a side the class of which will not be seen again for some time.
