Can anybody explain why players are choosing to join Barnsley, Wigan, Brentford and Melbourne City instead of joining Leeds United ?

It's quite simple really - these players have all chosen bigger clubs <ok>

    Must be a tough decision

Danny Wilson or Dave Huckleberry Hound

League 1 this year or League 1 next year

EIO - not quite fair here with the title here, mate.

Dave Huckleberry Hound chose them ....

and look at how many clubs have tried to get his signature ...

Don't rush me on this one ....

    The names are coming...

No I'm stumped on this one ....

I know his Mum liked him...

    Oh Parsley...

You're stirring in the garden...bit hot for you?

Touch of mange is it ... or just the usual sadness and world-weariness?

Just so you know I went past Bell End yesterday... in full Millwall kit. No one batted an eyelid.

Place was deserted. Everyone was :emoticon-0113-sleep ... but a nice big picture of Cellino outside.

    Renamed? 'Stadio di Cellino'?

Still, its better than 'Bates Motel' -

That never really sounded right, did it?

    too big for them.....

even Steve Morison didn't want to go back to Leeds......

didn't want to take 'that step' down, if you know what I mean,

but you insisted that he return

must be like a farkin life sentence, having to play for the whites and live in the city as well

what has he done to deserve such treatment ?

not a case of affordability...let me explain

we send him back to Leeds, who are not exactly awash with cash, and they have to pay him 20k per week.

no team in england will pay him that (not good enough) so Leeds are stuck with him,

so sometime in the very near future Leeds will have to sell a player who has some value,

already done so with McCormack, just about to do so with Byram...

Smith is only of value to Leeds in the next six months...after that nobody will pay a fee for him with a few months left on his contract...

so expect Massimo to beg JB to take him off your hands

    I think OLOF's sick.

He would never normally make a pledge like this.

He's got a memory like an elephant ... and normally he goes on and on about Leeds' "glorious past".

Is it early onset dementia ... or erectile dysfunction. (With the former condition, they say you remember things from your early days - and that doesn't make sense because Leeds' "glorious past" is way back in the last century. With the latter condition he's been filling his boots for ages now)

    Maybe's it's both - and he just hasn't noticed either ... <yikes>
