Gaston? Are you serious? Nothing could get that bad...not even Hull last season could find anyone bplaying bad enough to drop to get him into their team There are a number of youngsters who would add more to our bench than the existing subs
Ramirez actually had 22 appearances for Hull and 11 starts. They obviously knew he was only on loan for a season, so didn't want to over play him. He was also out with an injury for a while I believe. It has also been discussed already how Ramirez has had better end product for us in the PL than Lallana had. Ramirez isn't playing anymore because he is just seeing his contract out so he can leave on a free. We made a mistake not giving him more chances when he had longer left on his contract. I'd like to see Reed play DM more personally. I'd have liked to see him fill the DM position when Schneiderlin left. But we went and bought Clasie and Romeu. That's basically blocked Reed from getting any chances, which is frustrating as he's played well whenever he's played for us.
Maybe,but he had a certainly quality we miss as the moment. Now the team is too dull and predictable and we need something new, a young lad with talent or a young land with talent who everyone has somewhat harshly written off. Really, I saw Thirty seconds of quality from Juanmi against Vitesse but nothing since, I just think Gaston would have given us more ( with an open mind and nor Three years of he did nothing on 60£ per week
Ramirez is certainly a better player, and it's not even a contest, in my opinion. Particularly for end product, which isn't something that anyone can argue with me about. The fact he's got comfortably better end product than Juanmi is a fact, not an opinion. When you bring a sub on after the hour mark (when trailing) all you are really interested in is getting end product from them. I think we're looking to the future now. I don't really know why he didn't get more chances under Koeman in the past. With his contract running out in the Summer he won't be getting game time anymore it seems. He'll be looking to go on a free in the Summer anyway. I'd rather play him. He'll want to play well to get a move and I want to see the best team play so we can get as many points as possible. He should have had more chances from the bench this season. He's only played 10 minutes in the league and got an assist.
Ramirez is the better play but Juanmi as TinTin is the future. Juanmi needs to have to adapt to the Prem league so needs to be given a chance. Were as Ramirez has been given a chance and it hasn't worked.
No, this not about today's game, but a more generic question. When we play really badly, I want to know why the young lads Fo not get a sniff - Harrison Reed. I think he would make a big differences, someone who CARES
Reed is a good player. We've signed Clasie and Romeu to play DM it seems. Reed seems to be behind them in the pecking order (and it's set in stone). I don't think it's particularly fair considering whenever he's played he's done well. It's safe to say there's no chance of him getting any game time though based on Koeman's team and squad selection this season, unless we get a few injuries. Reed will probably be looking to force a transfer away in the summer, so he can be a regular starter somewhere. I couldn't blame him for that at all considering how he's been treated.
I can see Reed going out on loan. Wanyama to leave at the ens of the season and the Reed moves up into the first team.

Really how many chances. I remember Gaston do more in his limited chances thanJuanmi, I wish people would grow a pair and give Gaston ten games and then he if he is not good enough then write him off, but we our so labourously going forward at the moment his ability might make the difference
