We have a state of the art stadium boasting one of the biggest Capacitys in the country bought and paid for... Category A training facilities and academy which is well known for producing young talent and one of the best in the country..... Huge fanbase etc etc and nobody wants a thing to do with us...... https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/foot...301020&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1604064224
really annoys me when i see/hear these stories...we HAVE to be one of the best 'bets' outside of the premier and of some who are already there...you mentioned most of the plus points but add the fact that the stadium can be increased still further with minimum disruption and cost, great 'real estate' possibles with the surrounding area looking for massive redevelopment and the chance of an almost instant massive return on the investment. we really have to start looking at what is indeed putting people off... the area? does not appear to have put potential buyers off the mags. the books? apparently now debt free, although still have the running costs but if/when fans return especially with promotion, easily sorted and squared up. the current owners? well i know my feelings on this one and i honestly think they (him?) could be trying to squeeze every last drop out of the club and not making it easy.
Eyup mate. I've been far too busy working and avoiding football as much as I can. Not much worth cheering on at the moment. Hope you and the boyos are keeping well!
