I've never seen him say anything good about us.http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/philmcnulty/2011/08/pressure_mounts_on_wenger_afte.html If this is "balanced" journalism, then i'm a chocolate teapot.
He doesn't hate you, he's just a McNumpty that over dramatizes a team's problems thinking that it is "good journalism". He did the same with Both Man Utd and Liverpool
He hasn't said anything that we have not discussed nor agreed on this forum Mr Cowboy. At least that was how I read it. Step back two paces for a moment and take a look at Arsenal and what he has said. He even agreed and sympathised with us on aspects of the match such as the offside decision that was not given and of the further unscheduled absences from our squad. But depleted is that squad and he was right to point it out. He even went on to comment on the quality in our side but as we all know, this is not enough in the absence of reinforcements which all of us frankly are surprised, have not arrived. I enjoy Phil McNulty's writings and consider them very balanced. It is our side that is out of kilter and there is only one fix. Our manager ought to know this and have acted on it by now.
He's a smug twat and doesn't think twice about sticking the knife in while appearing to be 'concerned'. Look at his opening paragraph, it may as well say 'me, me ME'.
I think people are too critical of journalists these days. With articles online that allow comments you often get cynical ****s with no life who que up to take cheap shots at writers, yet they still read every article the person makes. I also find accusations of bias annoying. It seems like no criticism is allowed of a persons club sometimes.
