Glad to see you are still about, Polly. The salaries are guesses.I know the father of someone who has played in the PL and he says reports of what his lad was getting were way out. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Eyup Pol. It's probably because they earn a hell of a lot more than they should, making it something we can whine about. No one cares about the paltry sums you or I collect.

Can't be doing too bad, Polly, if you paid £7583.7 in tax.

I think we’ve established previously that what we think we know is usually so far wide of the mark you’d be closer to hitting the bullseye on a darts board from 30 yards by sticking the dart up your arse and farting it out.

From the couple of things recently we have actual real figures for vs what we thought it was at the time (Quinn and Proschwitz fees and more recently Geovanni’s actual wage being made public during the image rights case which turned out to be less than half of the 35k per week we thought it was) we haven’t been anywhere near the truth on any of them.

Most of them are generally made up, though Geovanni's wasn't less than half, he was paid £22,019 is the first season and £20.096 in the second, according to image rights papers.

I’m sure it said £15k. But happy to be corrected.
