This is the second time this has happened. A few minutes ago, I quoted a Mickey Mouser in my signature (the one who said "at least Liverpool fans are not delusional). It was entered correctly, and was not a mistake on my part, because I double-checked on the "preview" facility that it had been entered properly. Why was this, and my previous Mickey Mouser quote deleted? Is the someone in charge of this site who is a Mickey Mouser? And is there a policy of positive-vetting in operation, so that none of us can quote idiot 'Pool fans in our signatures? If there is a policy of discrimination going on here, where 'Pool fans are being treated differently to the rest of us, I think we ought to be told. It would certainly put a very different slant on my banning from their board, and possibly also the banning of others. My banning from their board happened without any reference to me, and there was absolutely no review of the reasons why I was banned. There seems to be something very sinister going on, here.
Are you sure that you didn't do something wrong, HIAG? Did you make your signature too long, for example? Neither the site owner, nor the main moderator are Liverpool fans.
Usually, if the signature is too long, the software will not permit you to preview what you have written, and an error message appears to inform you that you have exceeded the permitted number of characters. Not only did that not happen on either of the occasions when I included a Mickey Mouser quote in my sig, but the amended signature actually appeared as I had amended it, in the initial post after the amendment had been made. I posted on a thread where the quote had been taken from, and several Mickeys have been arguing on that site, so the Mickey fan-base will have been alerted to the quote. Could there be a hacker at work on the site? I'm going to reinstate the quote in my signature, to double-check that I am not going insane!
There! I've made the change. And the quote is clearly showing in my signature, as it was the first time I made the amendment. Now, I'll wait to see if it disappears again...
Why don't you put my full quote in context? You wouldn't come across as such a fool then, you didn't even quote me correctly. This is what I actually said: 'I agree, you are probably more likely to win a trophy before us at the moment, but that won't happen any time soon,for either of us. At least Liverpool fans are not deluded, and realise this.'
Well, my having gone public about this seems to have sorted the problem out, as the quote seems to have stuck this time.
Got to say I don't think many Spurs fans on here think we're going to win anything soon.Our aim was always a top 4 and still is.

Quotes in your sig are weak unless they are quality ones, unlike the chitty ones hod has in there, probably better off it didnt appear in posts.
