Why did Jermaine Pennant leave Stoke? He had a contract with The Potters and all we heard from the club is that there was a disagreement between him and Pulis. Now all I want to know about Pennant is how well he plays football. His private life should be just that, private. I say that with certain reservations, of course. If he were guilty of child abuse or something similar I would be against him being at the club, but if it is that he enjoys a nightclub occasionally, I don`t think that is any of our business. 99% of Stoke supporters wanted to see him flying down the wing on match-day. Does Pulis know something that we don`t?

I wonder if he had his Pennant at half mast when he allegedly met TP's daughter!

If I was Pennant I would put a web cam in my bedroom and film myself banging Pulis's daughter, and then send the video to him the day I left Stoke, that would leave him fuming and not knowing where I was ha ha ha ha.

    Tut tut JM !!

Hope she wore a dutch cap rather than her dad's baseball cap?.

Hang on, there's an erotic thought for ye, Ms Pulis in Pennant's Stoke shirt and her dad's baseball cap beeing f**ked by JP - rather than JP being f**ked by TP.

If u happen to be a manager wherever u work and i am one of them !!
if u get a bad egg that disrupts the rest or tries to demean what u r doing !!
what do u do with them ?
outcast them or get rid of them ?
    enough said me thinks !
We all know what pennant is about and im sure TP knows better and so do the LADS in the squad !!!
no point crying over spilt milk !!!
logic goes above the heart felt outsiders lie us !!!!

I know what you mean, but I barely understand your post Potterpalm, particularly the last line

I don't really like Pennant, he was a bit of a diver. He also spent quite a lot of time lying on the ground or milling about some other way.
I think Pulis' low quality signings on the wings have exaggerated his value: If we had one good right winger, I would gladly get rid of Pennant, even if that meant Kightly was the only backup. . .Pennant's a bad egg and this is only football. I'm not willing to overlook someone's moral compass because they can accurately kick a ball while running.

    Binge
    Point taken but...
I was reading the Oatcake before KO last weekend.. inside see the pts table for player's.
Pennant according to that table had only played TWICE this season?? His score was (from memory) 7+ out of ten. A lot higher than the vast majority of the rest on that list? I know it was only 2 games but we (the fans) pay to watch our best 11 if fit and we have a right to complain (if they are not starting) or do we!

Pennant is a fool unto himself we all realise this. But IMHO the number of times I have seen Shotton, Walters A N Other trying to cross the ball from the right hand side was woeful. IF he has done something so bad. WHY? Didn't Pulis re-place him with another signing in Jan. Add to that Pulis didn't buy a good fullback it has compounded our problems. e.g. was it 5 pts since Xmas until these last 2 home games. Pulis sent him to Wolves, why if he's a bad egg did he do that only for him to come back to Stoke and NOT play.

IF Pulis would tell us WHY and he really should have done that. I would be fine with it. But??? Let's HOPE that we now have enough pts and other teams cock up and start again next season.

Ryan, I agree with you. Same attitude toward Suarez, even though Liverpool FC and fans love him.
