I think it's a dig at Campbell Ogilvie administering tax avoidance schemes prior to the EBT stuff.

Maybe Celtic players are smarter than those who played with Rangers, they didn't need the club to administer their own tax avoidance schemes.

;). Bang on. Charlotte revelation and the media refuse to comment.

Btw why are celtic not taking action over the issue of the licence to play in Europe when they had agreed with HMRC that the wee tax case was due to be paid.....SFA issued a licence to play after this date, so either rfc lied to SFA or SFA ignored the tax debt, which is a breach of UEFA rules to play in European competition.

PS meant to say that I understand that this issue is being promoted for inclusion in the agenda of the agm.

    I believe so.

I don't expect the concerns of the shareholders will be properly addressed.

Let's just worry about ourselves. Rangers will **** themselves up eventually and we can have a good laugh about it then.

In fairness, that is worrying about ourselves. Rangers did **** themselves up by getting themselves in a situation whereby they should not have been afforded a licence to compete in Europe. The mismanagement and misconduct within the SFA that gave them that licence at our expense is the problem.

From a shareholders point of view, that is a valid concern.

This is a myth perpetrated by one of his Posters who seems to think Celtic have hidden debts of £36m plus.

"Rangers fans have been understandably upset over the Machiavellian machinations which have allowed Celtic a clear run at the Champions League for a few seasons."

Jealous and upset at our success more like ... and the fact that we have good reason to laugh at them! McMurdo is a nasty, spiteful, bigot - and they actually have the nerve to bleat about being kicked when down ...

Class has nothing to do with it.

Celtic plc and their shareholders, by the incorrect issuing of a licence to RFC IL were denied access to a potential pot of £20+m.

The fans were denied excitement and entertainment and the shareholders have been denied a likely increase in share value of Celtic plc should they elect to sell. For this reason there is a move to have the issue debated at the agm

Furthermore, there is the issue of possible corruption not to mention breach of the fair play rules.

Imagine a club in the EPL being denied CL monies and it emerging though emails that the FA had colluded with another member club to promote their interests at the expense of the rightful club.

Do you think the media would ignore such?

Do you think the media would ignore the DOS issues at rfc.

    BILL,
as I said earlier the need to praise this rancid, rotten club will never be uttered by me, The Lurgan Bigot was all over the mhedia demanding RESPECT, when did this scumbag ever give anybody respect, when they [the scum ] get beaten he does not have the good grace to say well done to their opponents, when did he RESPECT his ex-girlfriend when he was threatening her, when did he RESPECT the hard working doctors and nurses and the armed forces by denying them use of equipment by cheating the tax he was supposed to pay with his fictitious film companies set up to avoid tax, yes, a person you could respect ,–NOT

    <laugh>
