Yeah he such a smart man that he needs a lawyer to decide that, but he's still refusing a handshake. I'm thinking all those things people have been saying about shaking hands

And if want to talk about Terry being lucky, I think the fact that what should be a very simple disciplinary matter that should have been concluded ages ago drags on for months and months, that's pretty unlucky to me.

It was the FA who decided to scrap the handshake altogether.

To answer the OP, this article should answer all your questions:

I shall say no more on this topic.

Chelsea are playing well today and I even congratulated them on their win against the Spuds and defended their tactics against Barca. It's a shame some of their fans aren't gracious.
You say the Stoke fans were disgusting for booing Ramsey. You also state that some of our fans aren't gracious. Tell me this - What does that make the scummy filth that support Arsenil who've been booing Ramsey all season? Glass houses & throwing stones comes to mind.

Now, the reason Ferdinand was being booed was because he's the slimy **** who instigated the whole affair for opening his massive gob to JT about Wayne Bridge's EX GIRLFRIEND.

<laugh> <laugh>

it's all ferdinand's fault!!! he made terry be racist!!

Is it not more likely that some of your fans, like fans of any club, are a bit thick?

Ferdinand clearly hasn't "instigated" anything. Terry may or may not have said something and some unknown has complained about it. Whatever stick Ferdinand was giving Terry would be no different to what he'd have been given every week since Terry and Bridge's bird made the headlines.

Oh so the fact that it was his best mates ex fiancee makes it fine does it. Doesnt matter that Terry was betraying his wife and kids. "Good job dad! Dont worry about Mum. You got your willy wet. Top man!"

Also your claim that he said something about Bridge's ex is as reliable as the claim Terry said what he said. In fact less so. The camera caught Terry saying it. In fact. He admitted saying it! <doh>

So that's ok then.

So that's ok then.

There's a line and it doesn't cross it. More to the point, it doesn't make sense for what Ferdinand said, if indeed he said anything as you've more than likely made it up, to have "instigated" Terry to say something if he's heard the same comments time and time again from plenty of opponents.

Right well, this isn't going anywhere and it's a sensitive subject so bye bye.
