It's such a nice day though I'm thinking of going out for a walk at lunch and maybe take some Pritt stick and an empty crisp bag with me. Although the work are introducing a new enforced Drug Policy and testing so I'll have to be careful.
Maybe I'll just have a coke instead and build myself up gradually.
