No more transfer rumours to talk about, this happens to be in the news and people want to discuss it with fellow saints fans?
Yeah i understand that but it could all be merged into one big England discussion! I come on here to read about saints mostly and other things. Sorry just having a gripe!
To be fair Alex normally perhaps we would merg a lot under one subject matter. To be honest it is quiet at the moment and there is not a lot of more interesting threads coming out to generate interest. You say the subject matter is not Saints related, but it is football related and of interest to the vast number of Saints fans. So a bit of give and take is sometimes called for.......In any case does this not come under "other things"?
I'm not quite sure you're in a position to complain, if you then go a create a thread yourself about housemates. At least discussing England is still football related.
Wotte-Hoddle, sounds mediaeval too, which is a creatia which has been overlooked for a surprising amount of time. Walter Winterbottom is the only England manager to have had no prior managerial experience in professional football; only being appointed on the basis of the old-school ridiculousness of his name. He also managed the last GB Oympic team ...and never lost to the Germans!
I could merge all the threads, on the Pompey board, about how we are awful and should pay our taxes, but all that would remain, are the quizzes and jolly japes.
As far as I am concerned the England team might as well be a bunch of skates as I dislike them that much. All they have ever done is let the nation down. The greedy bunch of barstards have no sense of national pride or passion and what is even worse they have had a nasty little rascist as their captain.
Right.. Majority of us.. Are not interested in England.. as a team... yet we feel the need to start thread upon thread about it... :/
