I'll be watching gillette soccer saturday so to keep up with all my goals galore bets... 16 teams to score... Come on!!
I'll be cheering on QPR against Stoke. Since Rangers are probably on the way down, might as well tempt Stoke down as well.
Good luck I like to stick a tenner on 5 matches, usually from the championship down. The prem games are looking good for it today though.
There'll be some that come up on here: http://www.wiziwig.tv/broadcast.php?matchid=197459&part=sports I usually watch on Nutjob if it's available but there are better quality ones if you download software for it, I usually stay away from that though. Should be a good game, Leverkusen have been poor recently so can't catch Dortmund but they can consolidate their CL spot and Hoffenheim need to win this really to get out of the automatic relegation spots. With Wiese out for the season and now Gomes too, Hoffenheim are having to rely on some young Belgian 'keeper so I think there'll be plenty of goals for Leverkusen if they turn up.
Not watching anyone angel. I'm going out into the garden with the Mrs , have some lunch and do my crossword!
Sounds like a good plan. I've been out , came back in for a coffee and going back out moss scraping. Looks like garden will win over rivals lol
Don't ya just love modern technology , my mobiles knackered atm and I'm borrowing my son's laptop as mine is broken as well so know what you mean.
Back with the Husky, she's gone upstairs to curl up in the cool. I'm eating scones, jam and clotted cream with a mug of tea. Then I'll chop stuff for tonight's bolognese and tomorrow's roast.
Show off I was going to do that fine culinary dish of beans on toast , but when I looked no beans and no bread, in fact cupboard like Old Mother Hubbard. So found some quorn bits and stir fry frozen veg which was lurking in the bottom of my freezer chucked into the wok , dinner sorted. Who needs Jamie Oliver I did wonder earlier which team played at Green Castle woods, thought I was missing something. I blame the age its getting to me
Gardening tip for moss. Get some liquid swimming pool chlorine from hardware store, mix 2 parts chlorine with 1 part water in a watering can, pour over moss on paths, terraces etc. Will kill the moss stone dead, AND penetrate the stone and kill spores as well, so next year half as much moss. It will burn plants, but not kill them, so try and keep off plants if possible. You can hose it off after an hour or so. Do not do this straight after rain, as the drier the moss is, the better it works.
Thanks CP great tip for the future, but all the moss I have is in the tops of most of my pots. (none anywhere else) I left it last year as I thought it might keep pots wet therefore less watering, but now its taking over, and Lily's etc too wet. Trouble is I have too many plants in pots at the moment because my divorce means house move for me now, and as I've had this garden for over 28 years and it consists mostly of pressies from my kids, plants from my Nan's garden when she died, + stolen cuttings and seeds etc over the years I shall be taking most of it with me, plus as many cutting as I can take. I'm delighted atm that one of my Lilac cuttings has survived the winter as the main tree is about 10ft tall now so putting it in the removal van could have been a bit of a problem. We've turned into the food and gardening thread <laugh . So back on track, two games I shall be watching today, Spurs followed by ours so full afternoon of footie
