Loads of Southampton fans, lot's of "gasheads" came on our board and was bigging up ol' fatty,he was going to please all and sundry by stuffing us.

He's never scored a goal at Fortress Ashton and he failed dismally again yesterday..

Nicky Maynard and Albert Adomah banged in 2 against the Saints though,so we know who they are...

    What happened Rrrriiiccckkkyyyeeeee......?:bandit:

I acknowledge he is a good player but not against us.:emoticon-0109-kiss:

I wouldn't say albert smashed in his "goal"... ;)

But no ricky was useless, and playing really deep.

the reason Rickie didn't play well is because how good our midfield was at breaking down there midfield before the created anything for him

You would have thought Lionel Messi was coming down the Gate to listen to the Sags and Soton.

    He was rubbish!!

so was Maynard for 10 games, now hes on fire, one game means nothing, ive learnt this season that we should respect any player/team even if we hammer a team dosent make them crap, just we were better on the day, like we were yesterday, i fear the worse when we travel to st marys, but i hope the Southampton fans show us a bit more respect leading to the game

They might well beat us at St Marys and Lambert may well score!

But they wont be coming on here giving it little old brizzle city, or poor little maynard or we are so great we are unbeatable, before the next game will they!

    Hey guys!

Good win saturday, couldn't get a ticket to see see us but after listening to it I'm glad I didn't bother, you sounded like you played excellently and managed to stop us playing our game and played your own.

Kilkenny sounded fantastic, and so did your two boys upfront, I have heard we maybe one of the teams sniffing round after Maynard but I wouldn't rule out him staying yet.... Your board would have been more keen to sell last summer if they thought there wasn't a good chance of him staying!

Would just like to say please don't judge ricky, his record is fantastic and sometimes playing in front of an old derby team can like yourselves can affect you!

Also like to say credit to your manager he seems like a decent bloke, came out praised the Bristol boys but also made a kind reference that he thought we also had class and will be up there in april!

I'm hoping we can show you lot what we are used to seeing so far this season on the return trip at the end of December, got my tickets today!!

Good luck for the rest of the season except for the return match! I can see you being top 6, no reason why you can't! What a difference a decent manager makes!!!

Do you know,we had a recent folk hero who in his time achieved as much, was as skillful, became as close to our hearts as Lambert was to the "gasheads" his name was Adriano Basso, even though his demise was some what different.

Do you hear us banging on about him, hanging on to his coat-tails after 2 years, still claiming credit for his performances with other clubs,of course not,we've moved on,we remember him with pride and thats it,the "gasheads" are still crowing on about their one time hero even though his current form has sod all to do with them,I think they're a sad pathetic bunch.
