    Evening everyone,
Like everyone else I'm getting a tad desperate to sign a new striker who will improve us and our seeming inability to land one. I'm still very keen on Llorente who could play the 'Crouch role', but in my opinion a lot better. Iwouldn't mind seeing if we could pick up Sturridge on a proper deal, especially if Luka is going there. Damiao seems a no go along with Rossi etc. and I just don't see the Adebayor deal happening so, realistically who do you see as a viable option to help provide the goals we were missing last year?

Adebayor on loan still looks like the most likely deal, to me.
I can see Crouch going, plus possibly Pavlyuchenko.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Rodellega brought in, either.

Sounds like a reasonable suggestion but after the rumours about Damiao, I'd still like to see us go back in for him and maybe throw in a silly money bid for Llorente.

I like Rodallega but I get the feeling Wigan would ask for a silly amount for him. Maybe if we can pffer a few fringe players in the deal.

    I still want Gyan :-(

Sunderland and Wigan would be suitable as an exchange for players who would no doubt walk into their sides and improve their team with

    Jenas
    Palacios
    Hutton
    Bassong
    Bentley

I got him on FM last year he was c---p.
But he has been with Wigan for a few years and if he was that good wouldn't somebody have already picked him up ?

    Not necessarily.
You could've said the same for N'Zogbia til last month.

Rodellega is probably on a par with some of the forwards that we have now, but he's capable of playing in our current system and they aren't, plus he'd probably accept playing back-up to Adebayor.
He'd get plenty of chances in the Europa League, if we can advance in the competition, too.

Osvaldo has now left to Roma so that's another one we can tick of our list, there aren't many players left!!! I don't see us getting anyone except Adebayor as we would need to shift another striker, which won't happen
Crouch: Harry loves him too much
Defoe: Can play brilliantly and had a monster 09-10
Pav: He's actually the best one

So well start next year with 4 s*** strikers

Why not bid for Lucas Barrios at Dortmund, impressive scoring record in the Bundesliga better than 1 in 2.
