I never posted on 606 — I was only a lurker there, having found that site just before the Beeb announced the closure of the 606 chat boards so I didn't have much chance to post there. I saw the HCAFC group was planning to decamp to the not606 site, and I followed everyone over here.
i was on it years ago around 2004 i think but i forgot my username and so would just read ,, is that the one that for different forums had different post times when the Beeb Mods went to bed ?
I was jimmysdodgyknees (or something like that) I prefer not606 to the original- the mods are more liberal.... Great mix of characters of here. Does anyone remember brian from 606, we need that guy on here. The funniest fella on the internet!
I was on there for a year or two but could easily go months without posting. I feel much more obliged to come on here though so I guess his one's better. Only thing I prefered about BBC 606 was that nearly every club had a fair few fans on it whereas here it's not as populated (apart from us of course) Oh and my username was the same as now
I think that I had about 20 posts on there. Same as now mel u. I posted mainly on the HDM site, which at times could be great, I don't bother there now, one post in 6months. I like not606, but it can be frustrating on here at times. I do miss meeting up with posters for a pint which happened a few times via HDM. Wouldn't mind doing a not 606 exec box or prematch lunch once per season.
