After 2 away games and a loss at home, this seems like a long time coming. Looking forward to my boy experiencing the atmosphere of a game like this.
Hope you enjoy the day Zoz. It's a big game and the atmosphere should be electric. Stoke really need to get something today but the team should be up for this one. Arsenal could punish any slack defending but their defence is not too good either so if we create chances we have to take them. Our fans could make a difference today.
We've been practicing 'the Wenger' We are both very much looking forward to it. Here's hoping we get a good result. I've heard Huth might be back. If he is, let's hope he slots right back into it.
Stoke have several fitness concerns, with Jonathan Walters nursing a knee problem and Glenn Whelan and Robert Huth also doubtful with calf injuries. Stephen Ireland could miss out because of illness while Steve Sidwell, Peter Odemwingie, Victor Moses and Dionatan Teixeira are all sidelined. Nacho Monreal (ankle) is out for Arsenal, with Kieran Gibbs set to deputise if fit after a hip problem. Wojciech Szczesny has overcome a similar injury so could return in goal. Tomas Rosicky is a doubt with a thigh problem, while Laurent Koscielny and Yaya Sanogo will also be assessed.
I will be off t'match very soon , just hope the ref. and his helpers are honourable men. CUMONUPOTTERS !!
I will forgive Stoke , although it was very naughty of them to gift the arse two goals just to give them a false hope. Very naughty indeed , but after all it was the arse.
Couldn't believe we were 3 up at half time and was on tenterhooks when they pulled it back to 3-2 but in the end a great win and 3 valuable points. I look forward to the MOTD highlights. Well done Stoke.
It shows how easy the game can be when you take your chances, something that we haven't done lately. Nothing wrong with the 4th goal for me and that would have made a big difference.
Fully agree Smithers, nowt wrong with it and we would have probably got more if it had stood. still feels pretty good to beat Arsenal mind.
