That but replace Bale with someone else like Lee Dixon.

I'm sorry, but Giggs has to be in the starting 11. Surely the most decorated player in history?

Yeah, it was between Best and Giggs, I think if you ask Manure fans who is better, most would say Georgie Best, but that is not belittling Giggs achievements which will probably never be beaten.

Gotta agree giggs is an amazing player and astonishing sportsmen, HOWEVER I think he's been consistantly great but never (certainly not in the past say 5 years) been world beating.

A nye on impossible task to pick 11 from 67 years of football and two competitions (until the mid 80s the English & Scottish divisions were on a par).
My brain aches just thinking about it.

You have to have Best. Trouble is ' "all-time" is a bit too long. How about Dixie Dean? Imagine him playing up front alongside Ian Dowie:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Shearer has got to be in there- top all time goalscorer in the Prem, that's not to be sniffed at.

I find a Premier League XI hard enough. Scholes must be there or thereabouts too!
