Mixed emotions at the moment but still believe in the team and the fact that we have points on the board. I'm sure we'll survive. Those that are doubting who would you swap with in the bottom 5 and why? That is you have their squad, their position and their finish to the season. The only one I could entertain thinking of would be Bolton with 2 games in hand but then we have the points on the board.

I'll take my chances as we are but what say you? Tough call IMO.

I doubt any of the other four would take our final four fixtures...

    i woud swap with wigan..
their last 2 games are against a probably already relegated Wolves and Blackburn which should yield 6 points
it would be better if Blackburn are still in contention for that game and beat Wigan (even if it puts them on the same points as us)
as they go to Chelsea and we go to Man City on the last game
so our goal difference will keep us up
assuming we beat Stoke and get something against Spurs

I wouldn't swap, '74. As you have said, the Rs have the points on the board. I still think Rangers will survive the drop, but it ain't gonna be a fun run-in to the season's finale. It will go to the last game with us hoping that we at least match the Blackburn result at Chelsea.

They may not but would you choose to swap with any of them and give up our current position?

I'd probably say Bolton as can see picking up quite a few points as their remaining fixtures are largely against teams with nothing to play for.

Of the remaining bottom 5 fixtures I reckon Wolves & Blackburn are gonners & likely to be between us & Wigan for the 3rd from bottom with Bolton clear by a couple of points.

Anybody impartial would have to say that it's Wigan and Bolton who are very much in pole position now, it pains me to acknowledge; feeling a bit lost at the moment tbh

Bolton. Two more games to get points from.

If it were us in your predicament Bolton most certainly.

Villa (Away) - Easily Winnable from what I've seen of Villa and the fact their squad is decimated with injuries and absentees atm.

Swansea (Home) - Again easily winnable

I'd fancy my chances at home to WBA and away to Stoke as well and those 4 games alone should leave Bolton with enough points to stay up.

I've given your "who would you swap places with?" question some further thoughts and decided...

...Brad Pitt. I'd swap places with Brad Pitt.

They have four games in eleven days, so they're either going to kick off or fall apart; nobody knows yet col.
I have this horrible feeling that Wigan are going to get something out of the Arsenal game!! Probably paranoia or dementia or both
