After the events of last week, and with Loft banned and Aaron Morris injured (KOL) what team would you pick to play Rochdale?
I have little faith we'll go to Rochdale and get anything, the team I would play will be different to what is played but here goes: Nelson Hoyte Egan Hause Martin Hessenthaler Linganzi McGlashan Dack Dickenson McDonald (4,2,3,1) Subs: Bywater Davies Pritchard Norris German Legge Millbank If Kedwell makes it I'd play him just off McDonald, Dack will have to drop to the bench, I'm not a fan of just chucking him out to the left, play him in his best position!
I think it largely picks itself this weekend unfortunately and i'd go with a lot of what Liam has said above. Definitely Hoyte and Hess back in, i would go with you on leaving Pritchard out as I can't see how he is ready for this level yet. Go with you on Linganzi to start as well, the games he has come on recently he's been very good, Saturday was difficult for anyone to get into so i don't blame him for not being great but he was the only one to have a go in the 2nd half.

Taylor's negative away tactics have not been paying off, and given the lack of goals (scored) rather than wait until we're a goal down I'd prefer to see a 4-4-2 with McDonald and German up front from the start, at the expense of either McGlashen or Dickenson (but not both as we need some width from somewhere).
At last! Someone has agreed with me about the 3-5-2 system. However grumpy you might want to have a recount, there's 11 players on a football team and not 10
Given that things went so wrong when we lost Loft - perhaps we should start with 10 players and not introduce the eleventh man until after half an hour or even the second half.
I missed a player off because I couldn't make up my mind whether to go for 2 up front or load the midfield, I still don't know who would be better out of Norris, German, Dickenson, Pritchard, as none of them have been that good so far, I was wondering if it was worth starting Millbank?

McGlashan............................................Dack ...................Kedwell............McDonald............. Subs Bywater Legge Davies Fish Pritchard Dickenson Norris Hopefully Kedwell will be back, if he isn't then I am not sure how I would set up as we would have the same problem as McDonald just don't seem to work well on his own. Also I really want to see Fish come back in a bit, he did struggle earlier this season but surely he will improve if he plays a bit. I really do hope he can get back to his best but I do really worry that we will never see him back at his best as he should be playing regularly in the team by now but by the looks of it Taylor doesn't believe he is ready to play first team football again.
352 is my preferred formation as I have stated in the past but there is a big problem on the right, defensively. With so many goals having been conceded from crosses i am not sure that this would be good for us. Is McGlashen up to the defensive work is what I'm asking. As for the question on the thread I would say can we play someone like Folkestone Invicta or Margate. Lol
