Personally, assuming we can replace with better I'd like to see the following departures...

    Simmo
    Willo
    Obertan

agree. however without a like for like replacement, i wouldn't want any but simmo to go. his attitude has done it for me.

    But simpson can go
Willo id like to see stay, he aint great, but we wont get many better back ups. Unless we get a 3-4m offer. nosh on.

Ober who? i think he has the ability. Just not the consistency

All 3 could be better. not been aaron hughes bad. so a blessing really

    rangers gone

bring Andy back and nosh on with next seasons title race.. :)

Do you mean get rid, or replace? Not sure we can kick out Simmo & Willo without getting in back up first.

Obertan could go and I wouldn't really care less.

Same with Gosling. Waste of space (just as Everton fans warned us).

The likes of Amalfitano & Abeid don't seem like they are going to touch the first team when we have a full squad, so they can also make way for fresh blood.

Fergie, Sammy, Good, Vuckic, Tav, etc could all do with further loan spells next season to give them experience and see whether or not they will cut it at first team level.

That would all leave gaps, so Carr will have to work his magic again in the summer - assuming Ashley let's him.

Simpson is likely gone but with Debuchy and Ryan Taylor as backup, and options such as Santon right Haidara left I don't think he needs replacing.

Assuming Colo is leaving then we need a good replacement to challenge Taylor and Mbiwa. If we can get someone in who is good enough then I think we should keep Williamson who is adequate as a 4th/5th choice backup and he shouldn't get too grumpy about it.

Sell Gosling and Obertan (assuming there are any takers!) and let Carr find replacements. He's bound to find a couple of gems. Hopefully a decent winger who can pressure/backup left or right... Imagine an Obertan with a football brain.

Sign one quality striker (please Aubameyang!).

Loan out Amalfitano, Abeid, Ferguson, Sameobi, Vuckic, Good, Tavernier, Campbell. According to the Chronicle/Journal we are going to be signing mostly 'hot prospect' youngsters in the summer so in case of an injury crises we should still have someone to step in.

    Enjoy an exciting season.

Agree with the first half of this...We saw what releasing players with no replacement does to our club in the first half of this season!

For me it's got to be a balance between youth and ability...it's all good and well buying the best youngsters in the world but if you don't use them correctly they'll stagnate. Williamson I would keep, his attitude is good and he fits into the squad well enough, he also doesn't seem the type to kick up a fuss if not starting. Gutierrez needs dropping before he needs selling, let him have a bit of time away from the starting XI and see if his performances improve from the bench. Colo is a tough one, its entirely dependent on his mindset and attitude. If its not right, sell him and buy another M'Biwa!

    All sounds sensible to me.

"Imagine an Obertan with a football brain.". Wow, that would be one huge footballing brain. He'd be the footballing oracle. Player, coach, manager, director, head of FIFA........

I just hide it well. It's all part of the master plan for universal dominance. Have to play a patient waiting game, especially as that Agent Bruce has eyes in the back of his head and spies everywhere. But I will prevail!
