As we are passing the time...... Who would live in a house like this? There is a notice on the door “media not welcome, my dogs will chew you to bits” The entrance hall is dull and bland with paintings of cherries and other fruits In the kitchen the cupboards contain uninspiring food and weak orange juice In the garden the cones are all in very stacks The budgerigar is dead in its cage having been bored to death The ironing has been done and is neatly stacked in the airing cupboard There are “visit lovely Leicester” and “Leicester needs you” pamphlets on the dining room table Records are neatly filed in the music room…..Joe Loss and his Orchestra etc. Who would live in a house like this?
