    Not this again!

We've already had the Dramas tell us on their board that we are dead certs for relegation (just like we were last year)

I would say I was pretty successful with my guesses last season (Palace, QPR and Hull and I fully believe if Palace kept Warnock they would've been certainties).

It seems more competitive this season with better quality at the bottom. This year, sorry to say but I think Leicester will be one of em. The other two, it's hard to say but I'll go Watford and Newcastle (although i'm tempted to say Bournemouth, hard to see them staying up). If sunderland keep Advocaat for the whole season they'll stay up imo.

I've picked Bournemouth, Watford & Newcastle (torn between them and Sunderland)
Bournemouth & Watford may do a Blackpool (score a lot of of goals but let too many in )

Think it will be hard for the teams that have come up, None of them set the league alight like we did!
Think the only one that may stay up will be Norwich,
So I am going for Watford Bournemouth and Villa to go down (can't stand Sherwood).

Eddie Howe is a superb manager, they played brilliant football last season. And they seem to have money to spend, I don't really want to see them go down because of their rise and the more I think about I don't think they will. Norwich seem more likely

Although they will be the lovable underdogs of the prem, even tactical brilliance isn't going to save you if the squad isn't good enough, feel they will need to make a choice of stick or twist regarding finances.

Lots of rumour of them spending big, but Mings and Distin aren't going to ensure safety.

It's quite funny, I remember us playing brilliant football when we got promoted (winning the league at a canter in the process) and had money to spend...

Yet we were certainties for relegation <laugh>

... apart from our current managerial woes there is no 'logical' reason for thinking we will be in the bottom 3 this season ...particularly if Cambiasso signs an extension ...

... this group of players 'grew' to the point of being undeniably 'acclimatised' by the end of the season ... and we have since strengthened the squad overall ... so logically, given that the teams below us haven't really strengthened (at least not yet) why should they now finish above us? ... and as each of the promoted teams found last season, it is a huge leap in standard ... Josh doesn't realise this of course because his team has lost its' satnav as far as the top tier is concerned <whistle> in fact they are still using an old grid ref map (which was apparently 'in vogue' the last time they were in the vicinity) <laugh> ... we too played 'billiant football' when winning the Championship - but got the salutory and proverbial upstart whippersnappers slapping during the first half of last season ...
