Five games into the season and some chairmen will be getting twitchy. With the rewards of the PL and Europe being so huge some will be doubting why they are not in the top four. Looking at the table tonight some could be in danger. Do you see any obvious candidates for the chop?

I think Brenda is walking on a tightrope in a very strong wind, also van Gaal seems to be causing unrest in the dressing room which could bring about his downfall!

I backed Martinez as I thought they would have a tough start and he would walk over lack over funding. The ones mentioned are the obvious candidates so i will go differently and say potchetino.

McClaren, still do not understand given the tools he was last season at Derby how he could walk into a EPL post having failed to take the rams up.

An ex-Liverpool player was talking on TV yesterday.... decrying BR's tactics as not working.... I think a lot of people must be fed up with him up there....

A Liverpool fan has set up a 'Sack Brendan Rodgers' page on a fundraising website following the club's disappointing start to the season, with the aim of paying the necessary compensation to the Northern Irishman.

So rather than donate spare cash to a charity, or even spend it to do something nice with your family or friends, some people want to give it to some billionaires to pay off a multi millionaire. Interesting priorities... The scary thing is people will donate <doh>

Im sure derby was top and looking good to win the league to end up in 8th and the woolly with the brolly to keep saying that everything was ok and they would get promoted so he failed in a big way to get one of the top jobs in the EPL he must be working very cheap

Much as we have a controlling family not affraid to weild the axe, and a few more "Watford nil" might have seen some action for it; I think the first casualties will be from either Liverpool or Newcastle, Chelsea will come good and José Mourinho will escape to fight another battle.

I have always had my doubts about Steve McLaren and I don't think Brendon Rodgers was a good idea for Liverpool. He did well with us, once he had got the team playing his way, and quite well with Swansea, but balance that with the debarcle at Reading and his bumbling along as an almost ran at Liverpool, the writing is on the wall - and it isn't Banksy's.
