Who will be our 1st choice goalkeeper next season.

Will it be:

1. Krul
2. Harper
3. Forster

Or for 4. Other

I'll be shot down but I think it should be Fraser Forster. Fully solid season at Celtic, made virtually no mistakes, and now has had that top level experience. Having said that, I think it will be Harper purely for loyalty points. It would make things much simpler if Harper stepped down now and let our 2 young guns battle out. What I worry about is our 3rd choice keeper getting unhappy and leaving on a permanent basis, which would be a disaster when we have 2 young, talented keepers. Harper out I say, even though he's been one of our most loyal players in history!

Mine by the way is in order of preference.

I think Krul is our best GK.

Plus he's youn as well

I think it should be Krul, he ended the season with it and since then has become a full international. Harper also started getting injuries last season and Krul actually played more games. One thing for certain is we are selling Krul or Forster this summer.

How many times is a version of this article going to be posted before the start of the season? It is so boring. There is nothing to say about the Toon at the minute so either make a good off topic article that makes people laugh or keep your boring repetitive posts to yourself. Unfortunately, like most posters on here, I have developed a habit of checking this forum quite a few times a day (having been here since the start) and now, when there is no football, the habit is coming back to bite me on the arse because for some reason people still feel the need to write article after article about Newcastle when there is absolutely nothing to say.

 

I know, he's just WUMming but not enough that we can ban him. I was just replying to Northants.
