I'll go for Chris Woods but it's a close call against Kevin 'The Cat' Keelan

Can remember him very well, very decent man too but Chris Woods for me was just a shade better but is hard to seperate them

I remember KK well, excellent keeper watched him many times when i was a kid. The crowd used to chant '' Keelan for India '' because he was so dark. (it was considered a joke, not racist )
Anyway also have to take into account size, because in those days keepers were'nt giants. Also a wet leather caseball weighed about 3 times as much as Keelan and he still stopped it. ( come to think of it the players managed to kick it ) Definately Keelan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're not the premier league, you are in the premier league. Don't worry though, you will soon be put back down to earth. I will be laughing when you don't even make it into double figures this coming season.

I credit the destruction of colchester United as one of Norwiches crowning achievements of this decade at least. We've done the country a favour by setting your club back into the stone age.

This really is a no-brainer, although we have been blessed with some great 'keepers in the past, Nethercott, Oxford, Woods, Gunn, Green, there was only one Kevin Keelan. Rules back then were far more strict inasmuch you had to have been born in England or at least have an English father to play for England. Today, the man from Calcutta would have be England's No.1 simples !
I remember once going to a mid-week game at Carrow Road against the binners, FA Cup I think it was, anyway, Trevor Whymark put a bullet header to the right of KK from about 8 yards out. Somehow, he got down a la Gordon Banks v Brazil and pushed the ball around the post for a corner. Up until then the noise inside the ground was deafening, the whole crowd took a big gasp and there was just a hum going around. No-one could believe he'd kept that header out !
Absolute legend, in the canaries Hall of Fame he is to my mind the undisputed No.1
