I mean the whole thing is a farce. He´s saying Leeeeeds want him out, but he wants to stay. LCFC wants him, but funny enough he's against the whole idea, last season he let in 70 goals, so I'm lead to believe, he's not that good according to some Leeeeeds fans who would be glad to see him go & he always likes to pass on responsibility to the DEF for his mistakes. I really hope we don´t get him, I'd even go as far as saying Weale would be my 1st choice (on paper) if we did. Not sure JS is our GK answer. SGE be careful in choosing our next GK. We finished above that with a very bad start to the season, no real transfer window to work with, a poo DEF & a team in turmoil for the 1st half of the season. Make no bones about it my little st. we are a club with very good backing, manager, back room staff, stadium, fan base & a squad that will only get better. LOOK ON MY FRIEND
Compared to what we could have spent, i think we have been quite reserved so far! Hopefully we learnt from the Martin Allen year that patience and ability to look for quality over quantity is key. Ref the Kasper question, I see Leeds are looking at Kuzscak from Man Utd. Worth a punt?

Hes a great shot stopper for sure. but he's prone to alot of mistakes and def cost us alot of games. 1st half the season he was immense but after the arsenal game, there were rumours Man U, Arsenal were gonna punt a 6 mill offer in for him, and the suddenly he became arrogant. His interviews became arsey to the leeds press and they refused to interview him. The fans couldnt speak to him. When asked about his mistakes became very defensive and refused to speak after this. Id say if he was half as good as his dad he'd be a cracking keeper but he isn't, there are far better keepers in the championship that dont get half the recognition he does.
agreed our whole summer has been a farce so far, moving from one target who doesn't want to come here to another. Its clear we have money but have we the pulling power? I thought we did after the loans of last season. Maybe we are being sensile and not poaying over the odds on wages, however sometimes you have pay a it more to get the players you want, and if we are serious aout promotion then we need to act fast before west ham and rum end up with every decent availale player ever.
Why is it other clubs fans keep saying, .....hoping, the invsetment by our owners will blow up in our faces...? wishful thinking....jealousy....churlishness.........At least we are having a go.....this type of envy just shows these sad people up for what they are.......incredibly, cov fans were saying this last season...as if their club is the role model of financial stability.....what a joke........my advice is lads...worry about your own clubs finances...but your concern for us is touching......Im sure we will scrape through...
I would take KS, although some Leeds fans say that they can do / get better, there are still alot that are dissapointed in the club for letting him leave. KS hasn't officailly said anything since he said about how he had no idea it was happening. I think people are reading too much into it, he doesn't actually say anything about not wanting to move to Leicester, he just says that he was willing to see out his contract at Leeds. If he does sign, i'll be happy. We can always keep swappin between Kasper and Weale between mistakes
Clearly Schmeichel isn't as bad as some Leeds fans have been making out. The goals he conceded last season are mostly down to his awful defence, I don't believe he cost them 'a lot of games.' He is a bit overrated I feel, then again some people have overrated Ricardo and Weale (including myself I'll admit) and that's a far worse crime. If he wants to come here and play for us he's got time to improve and he does have potential. I would be pleased with the signing.
If he signs, I shall suspend my animosity towards him for seeming to slap Sven, LCFC and us in the face, not until he makes a mistake...but until the point he doesn't seem to be trying. (Does that sentence make sense?)
According to Rob Tanner Schmeichel may sign tommorow. Also there has been developments on Craig Mackail-Smith i think hes going West Ham
