Who is the mystery wrinkly?

An unnamed actress is suing Amazon after they published her date of birth on their IMDb site. She claims that she will get less work when people realise how old she is.

• lives in Texas
• is of Asian descent
• has Americanised her stage name
• probably in her late 30s but looks younger

 

Lucy Liu? I can't remember what film it was now, but I watched a film recently from the mid-90s with her in it.

And surely she would have Americanised her real name? Or created a stage name?

I can't imagine she's had much of a career up to now if she's never bothered to give herself a name.

I'm pretty sure it'll be somebody we've never heard of or else they wouldn't need to sue Amazon to pay the bills.

If you've ever been on IMDB's forums they are frequented by weirdo's obsessed by people's ethnicity (and age), the yanks are strange like that because just about every one of them has descended from an immigrant!

If you look on IMDb and Wiki her date of birth is not listed.

 

I don't think it's her, too many people asking what age she is in the forums. I think Amazon refused to remove the DOB anyway.
