Young probably is but Ivanovic might be up there too with a few more dives, the rest of his cheating is pretty good. Balotelli should probably be on there too, although you could argue he's more "dirty" than cheat. Bale's supposed to have dived how many times? Twice? Since the Arsenal/Spurs game Ivanovic has punched a player, dived at least twice just this weekend, been sent off for a dangerous tackle and got away with numerous cases of shirt pulling, elbows and other cheating.

Bale is a serial diver. Ivanovic is a cheat but no more than Vidic is. There is a cynicism amongst all defenders who lack out and out pace like those two do.
Got to wonder who is voting Hazard (probably the loser QPR fans camped on here nowadays)? He has yet to dive in any game for us. Hardly the same as Welbeck, Bale, Suarez and Ivan etc who have all gone to ground without contact and claimed a penalty. If anything Hazard should have got more pens (QPR and Juve games)
A serial diver? That's just nonsense. Pires was a serial diver, Suarez is a serial diver, Bale is certainly no more a diver than Hazard. Ivanovic is worse than Vidic because he's guilty off it at both ends of the pitch, I've never seen Vidic dive or wait til the referees turned his back and hit someone. Good point about Vidic though, I'd forgotten how bad he's cheated in the past. I think I'd like to change my answer to the biggest cheat being Fergie. He intimidates referees, trains his players to dive and rewards refs that give him decisions.
