That's not a flying car, it's a tiny flying ****ing aeroplane that happens to have folding wings! It's bad enough with drunk drivers without drunk flyers and how would the cops even catch you? You'd just fly out of there jurisdiction.....if you didn't crash the ****er first!
On thinking about it, it would be kind of impractical because you couldn't just nip down to the shops for a pint of milk and a dirty magazine. You would have to file a flight plan before you set off on any journey.
