    Smashing job for someone but I'm just not sure I could dive into racing to that level. Racing should be something to look forward to I think, as opposed to a chore, and this looks pretty demanding.

    ..............and whoever gets the job should be demanding a bloody good salary. Can't be many people who tick all those boxes.

    Jeez by the end of reading all about the job i thought they were wanting someone who is so talented and so committed that they will ask you to do it for free...!!!<laugh><laugh>

    Good luck finding someone to fill that position...!!!<yikes>

    The key word is responsibilities. Meaning you need to know enough to guide other people to do the right things without necessarily being able to do those things. Most important is deciding what to do, then how to do it, then getting other people to do it right. Roughly speaking of course.
