QPR and Wolves are gone IMO. So Wigan, Bolton or Blackburn for the other place and it is really difficult to tell. I hope it is not Wigan, they played so well yesterday against Norwich, so I am going to go for Bolton.
the 3 that are there now I think. Although I hope it's Bolton instead of Wigan and Martinez seems like a top guy. I'm also a big fan of Warnock and didn't agree with his sacking, so to see QPR get relegated would be lovely! Talking of QPR, did anyone see "QPR - The four year plan" last Sunday night? - great documentary. - it might still be available on iplayer.
None of the following: Man Utd Man City Spurs There's a mathematical chance of everyone else going down - however, I think Bolton, QPR and Wolves will soon narrow the field to just those three.
My thoughts are this....id love to raid Wigan for Al Habshi if they go down...Wolves and Qpr...cant really think of anyone i would want from them....I hope Blackburn go down so we can buy Hoilett and Yakubu. sounds fair and unbiased to me so ill say Wigan,Blackburn and another.
Hoilett's out of contract at the end of the season anyway Dona, so he'll go wherever he wants to, even if they stay up. There'll be a tribunal selected fee if he joins another English club, though.
Very true i forgot due to my excitement and the possible raids...i think Al habshi would be perfect for us...id like him on board....i rate him higher than the Krul's..Hennesseys etc.....and this is the only reason i want Wigan down.
QPR staying up rests mainly on Adel Taarabt rediscovering his form from the Championship - so they're doomed.
Your empathy with those struggling sides does you credit. When they need a friend, they only have to turn to you.
To think of it in the most capitalist way possible, Wigan staying up would benefit us the most - Martinez is guaranteed to stay in the job and they play good football, making them a good team for our youngsters to get a season worth of Premier League experience. Tom Cleverley certainly gained a lot of experience there last season, so they would be a good place for Carroll or Luongo to continue gaining experience.
Good point. This is why I want Bolton with Coyle to stay up. The experience Wilshere got there was the key to his development. Now Ryo Miyaichi is getting games week in week out.
We're in agreement that QPR and Wolves are expendible, then? Right, who else...anybody have a problem with Villa going down?
This. Wolves and qpr are deffo down then I suspect wigan will be the other although it could be bolton
I had a bet with my mate that Darren Bent would score 10 league goals this season. He's injured and out for the season now so did double or quits and I said that QPR would go down, he thinks they will survive but didn't realise their last 10 fixtures. Who reckons my money is safe as QPR's run-in is horrible.
