I am Saints through and through but I always check out a few other team's results. Norwich. My son was born there and supports them. Bristols. City and Rovers. I live here and have friends who follow one or the other. Motherwell. My ex's father was a director. Nottingham Forest. A good friend is a Forest fan. A seaky peak at other south coast teams, hoping that results will make me smile. Who else do you check out and why? No abuse, children, it's just a bit of fun. COYS
Walsall : Was Born there , later moved to Southampton (So my home team) West Brom: My Dad's Team Wolves: Hate them ...so to see them lose makes me smile
My local team St Albans City, and also fairly local Stevenage. Also Skonto Riga as part of my family is from there. (And Marian Pahars is now the manager)
Southampton - Because I support them Spurs - Dad and brother support them Palace - The missus supports them
Before this season i always wanted bournemouth to do well but to be quite frank they can stuff that now after some of their stupid fans coming on saints sites and mouthing off and all the nonsense of them calling us scummers without actually knowing the history of why we're called it! Apart from them i always support the under-dog but really no other team i particulary want to do well although i'd like norwich to be promoted as we seem to have both gone down through the leagues at the same time so i sorta feel abit of connection with them.
bpl, you're like a little brother we pat on the head when we walk past. We love to see you do well but you don't ever really compete with us
The Saints reserves and under 18's Bristol Rovers - such great memories of the Memorial 'stadium' a shame we won't be playing them next year. Leeds - always liked to see them do well Bournemouth - watching them fall on their faces, priceless!
I check out, Gillingham because I support them AFC Wimbledon because I know their captain Danny Kedwell and he is my uncles best friend Norwich Soton Dover Pompey
Nothing compares to saints but look for Pompey - to make sure they have lost Gillingham -hello hoadie_boi. They are only league club in kent (charlton dont count), alot of my mates support them and see them sometimes when cant get to st marys Hibernian -fav scottish team
Good to see you look out for our results, I know there is only one league club in kent, But I look at the non league clubs in kent.
Saints. Reading because their local and lots of mates support them. Basingstoke - local non-league side.
Hoadie_boi - credit to Hessenthaler - he has really turned the Gills season around. I went to the cup game where you lost 0-2 to Dover. Gills looked a shower of crap and fans baying for scallys head. I thought Hess should have stayed at Dover but after all those games under stimpson without an away win, you cant stop winning away now. Good luck for promotion/play offs. I still cant believe you beat us last season at priestfield, a sad day, my beloved saints getting beaten by gillingham and getting soaked in the open top town end. nice
Well, I always do look to see how our promotion rivals are doing, and I always check the Pompey score to see its a "perfect Saturday". I do always look at the Prem to see how the top and bottom are getting on as we get close to the end of the season, but I still hope that Bournemouth make the play offs. I know some of their fans have been a bit mouthy, but every club has their fair share of numpties!
Bournemouth - i've always wanted them to do well and still do, particularly now that they are below us! Peterborough - I did a lot of my growing up 20 miles away and for a long time I had watched more London Road games with mates than I had Dell games Portsmouth - unfortunately live here and need to make sure they have lost!
