If Moyes leaves this week, i'm only asking a question, me personally, i would go for Louis Van Gaal, he's managed big clubs before, he knows how to win trophies as well, and he knows RVP very well too.

Van Gaal says he isnt going anywhere until the world cup is over. This means he'd miss a lot of preseason

    Would you still have him?

Whoever it is it has to be someone unlikeable

So that rules Rafa out, he wouldn't go anyway would he? Surely not

    They can't have this one.....

Joking aside, they'll go for a proven 'big name' manager this time round imo. It'll have to be a Klopp, Van Gaal or someone of similar standing in the game.

Whoever they get large funds will be asked for.

Poor Moyes spent too long having to make do to know what to do with a club with resources expectation and a large squad. It's like taking your Granny's bling bling phone and giving her a Samsung galaxy tablet to use.

I think his arrogance has been his undoing. United have been a winning machine for 2 decades, and he arrived with the League title in the trophy room, so why make wholesale changes? Just keep with the same formula on and off the pitch until you bed in and then slowly make it your own.

Instead, he chucked out Phelan et al, brought in Q tip Round and Pip the Pointer and changed their training methods, tactics, etc.
Absolute madness and the actions of a egotist. He's now merely reaping what he's sown here.

Would anyone be prepared to give Gus Poyet a chance, he plays good football, seems to be very tactically aware, and comes across as very likeable in his press conferences, so I recon our players would take to him. He ticks all the boxes if you ask me, apart from the experience, but Liverpool took a punt on a young manager and it seems to be working well for them, so why not?

oh Please yes! Managing England though, so no chance unfortunately.

Mind you, United are having their very own Woy situation, many didn't want moyes and many more were unsure but also want him gone now

Weren't saying that last season though were you. You had all judged Rodgers on his first season and are now doing the same to Moyes.

As Tobes mentioned, too much changed too fast with Moyes
