    Which team in the Europa League final will you follow. Mine will be Athletic Bilbao. Founded by lads from up here, play in red and white and are correctly known as Athletic Club

    Whats the beef with not calling them Athletic Bilbao?

    The club is called 'Athletic Club' and is from Bilbao.

    The club has never been called 'Athletic Bilbao', although the club shield has 'Athletic Club' across the top, and 'Bilbao' prominently around the shield.

    I hope Bilbao win it, as they sacrificed a CL push to go for it. I'm watching them as we speak, as it happens...

    Will be rooting for Bilbao myself - for the reasons stated above and the historic links to the north east I've always had a soft spot for them. Funny lot the Basques but you have to admire their sense of identity and determination to use local Basque talent - though I think they have relaxed that rule to a degree.

    Yes i want them to win a great team to follow and they always have a tremendous atmosphere at their games.
