I understand we're seeded in the Northern section of the draw, so we'll get one of: Accrington Stanley, Bradford City, Burton Albion, Bury, Chesterfield, Crewe Alexandra, Hartlepool United, Macclesfield Town, Morecambe, Notts County, Oldham Athletic, Port Vale, Rotherham United, Sheffield Wednesday, Shrewsbury Town, Tranmere Rovers or Walsall. Wednesday for me.
Wednesday would be an enjoyable game, I would personally prefer Rotherham, would get a decent atmosphere and would be able to field a weaker team then we would against Wednesday giving the youngsters more of a run out
Not too bothered, I'd like it to be either a home game or an away game somewhere fairly local against a team that'd make it interesting (Wednesday would be nice).
He does, but his contract runs out at the end of this month and I can't see any mention of him getting a new one. He's 38 now, but despite this, he was recently recalled to the Jamaican national squad.
Have they always seeded it so that Chamiponship clubs can't play each other? Seems a bit harsh on the lower league clubs to me as minimises their chances of getting through to the later rounds and drawing a prem team
Not too bothered. Chances are we'll get knocked out in the 3rd round by a league 1 side. They should scrap the whole thing. Yet another thing that devalues the F.A. Cup.
would like it to be one out of Accy Stanley, Burton, Chesterfield or Rotherham. I haven't seen us play at any of those grounds (Chesterfield being new since we were last there, I think and Rotherham playing at the Don Valley).
Bizarrely, I was just on the phone and a duckling walked straight under my desk. You haven't lost one have you?
There was one I banished and ostracized a while back. Ugly little ****er he was, could have been him.
