me! I had a proper chuckle to myself when they appointed him. I thought they would struggle anyway but when they appointed him I thought they were ****ed! Well done them and Ranieri. Jealous as ****!

It didn't cross my mind at the time but I wouldn't have wanted him. I'm not sure if what's going on at Leicester is down to him or not, presumably it is but **** knows what he's doing to them.

I said no and still do.
I think we have the manager to get us established as a top 8-10 team we just need to get rid of some players. The nucleus of a good team is there.
Can see Leicester dropping to ninth or even lower once injuries, suspensions etc kick in.

Can't remember having an opinion. Didn't think he was ever in the running.

If people generally believed he was a good enough manager to consistently do what he is doing this season with Leicester then he wouldn't be managing Leicester.

Different club, who knows how it would have worked out if you had appointed him. Chances are he wouldn't have lasted a year - no offence but it seems to be part of your survival plan.

I'm not jealous about Ranieri - I'm jealous about their league position (just like EVERY other PL team!). If Ranieri had come to SAFC, there is no way in hell he would've got the team going the way he has Leicester. They remind me of Brum a few seasons back where they seem to be able to pick 9 of the same 11 every game which makes a massive difference - if they get a few injuries to key players they'll start to struggle - also if the big boys come knocking on the door for Vardy in January it'll be difficult to keep him. If they all stay fit all season, they'll finish top 6 comfortably
