At the moment not all but some Liverpool fans are calling for Rodgers head but hypothetically if he did leave who could we realistically get to replace him that would improve the situation and move the club forward? AVB is now at Spurs and Rafa at Chelsea for time being and Fat Harry now has the QPR job. We are certainly not in a position to attract any of Europe’s elite managers so our options would be very limited. After Rafa left we opted for an old experienced manager and that was a complete disaster, the we went for an old legend and the owners deemed that a failure and now we have went for a young up and coming manager and so far its not looking good so not sure where we go next.

Brendan needs time, but one i would not mind seeing here is Laudrup if it ever got to that situation.

think he has a promising future in management.

    It was a joke.

Yes I do think Laudrup has a good future in management. He seems to be a better manager than the chap he replaced. Not sure he'll want to replace him again.

Now why would ML want to leave Swansea City FC and join our reserves side? <doh>
As we Swanseas fans said all along, Roberto Martinez was the man that implemented the style at Swansea not Brendan Rodgers (as the media would have you believe). Our defence was also shaky under Rodgers. We also lacked a defensive elemnt with him and I have noticed that one of the best defensive partnerships in European football last season in Agger and Skertle have been poor by their standards in the short space of time BR has been there. Liverpool taking Rodgers away from us is actually the best thing that happened to us as ML has taken us to a level that BR could only have imagined.

So my answer to who would replace BR would be Martinez. Maybe your boards desire to see you play like us would then one day be realised <ok>

Oh bugger it!! We'll just have to doit on behalf of all of the other fans in this country. But only if their mass self-extermination is part of the contract

I think we'd have to clone Shankly. Even then I'm not sure there wouldn't be a get him out campaign of sone description by Christmas.....

Just a little wumming before the game this weekend so you can ignore that.
My answer still stands though on the appointment of Martinez. He is the man that should have been appointed in the first place and should be if BR is relieved of his duties at Anfield.
