Whitts hasn't played well generally for 2 months let alone score from set pieces. Something's not quite right about his game at the moment. When he's on song, the team responds with some class football - when he's not, the grit and determination of the side has to come up with the goods. That's what's happened recently, and we've got the results we needed by graft rather than class. Whitts will come good again, but I agree it's a worry that apart from his lack of goals recently, his overall influence on our play hasn't been there.
should we rest him for a couple weeks and get him firing for the run in? Put kimbo or even Bellamy in there!
