This seems necessary IMO .... Very little information has been given out over the events of the last few days. I would like to tell you what I am aware of, as some incorrect assumptions have obviously been made due to this lack of information. I invite anyone with any other relevant data to make it public, as this is all that I know. Some information you need to know. * I have every faith in our own mods, which is why I asked for their intervention * At no point did I ask for Glory to be banned (unlike his clear and public call to the Mods to ban Leeds60!) * At no point have I asked for Supermod intervention (I simply laid out what I understood to be my escalation path, & Ell can confirm that I was at pains to exclude them.) * At no point have I said that I would take legal action (TC, legal advice is something quite, quite different) * If BRB has made the same mistake as TC, then I’m guessing his action was based on probable outcome. Guessing. * At no point would or could Glory substantiate any of his many personal attacks against me. * At no point did Glory consider stopping the attacks. He was asked nicely many times. * Only a fool would use the ignore button in the face of personal attacks (when is head in the sand a sensible solution when someone is shooting at you?). * For the newer members, let me tell you that Glory has been aiming a number of untrue allegations my way repeatedly for approximately 2 years now. In that time I have time & again rebutted his attacks and asked him to substantiate his claims. To date, he has point blank refused, preferring to continue the attacks. * My request to the mods was to ask them for Glory to stop his attacks or substantiate them. Knowing he could not possibly substantiate them, the solution I proposed was for him to stop & apologise for his unfounded allegations. I did not request anything else. * I do not know if Glory chose to go, or was banned. If he was indeed banned, I have no idea what the terms are. I have no information on this. Finally, ask yourself: If you were Glory, wouldn’t you present something to substantiate your accusations, and at the same time rubbish me? (As he tried to do with his accusations). Glory had plenty of opportunity, and was invited to do so regularly. Has it occurred to you that he couldn’t? Please realise that this situation was started by Glory. He could have stopped it any time, as I requested him to do so. If he has been banned, then IMO it is his own fault that it's come to that, as it was in his power to make it go away.
Very clever wording WJ I suspect that things have panned out EXACTLY how you and Mike planned they would! Well played both! (Not my style though)
WJ was not the cause of Glory's ban So will now close this thread ..... had ask the Don to do this but he has gone of line ... so doing it myself
