A few weeks ago I posted that I was running the Lima marathon on 20th May, that's this Sunday! I knew at the time that 42k would go all the more slowly if I was replaying a last minute Bolton winner over and over in my head. That is why I'm so happy today, because the final twist never came. It's all very well feeling deflated that we didn't hold on in added time, but I'm so relieved that Stoke did! I'm also pleased for City, it would have just been like Man U to clinch it off the back of our heroic display. And as Kompany said if they hadn't scored last minute winners against Sunderland and Spurs yesterday would have been irrelevant. Anyway, back to the marathon, which will seem like a stroll in the park after yesterday and the last few weeks of watching Rangers! If you would care to sponsor me, even for a fiver you can do so totally anonymously or tell the world if you're Joey (****wit) Barton by visiting:
