However ive forgotten despite hating tbis board now how handy it was at times. Does anybody have a ticket going spare for tomorrow. Our club takes the piss out of us fans and ive emailed Chris Waters this today......
Hi mate, i apologise for contacting you on here but i really dont know what else to do.
I have no way of speaking to anybody from the ticket office, because unfortunately they dont seem to want to talk to fans anymore.
I emailed the club on Monday instead and had no reply, so unfortunately me and my 2 boys will have to miss tomorrows game now which has upset them both lots as you can imagine.
The problem i have is i have lost my customer number, so i am unable to buy any tickets. When requesting an email to be sent as a reminder, i am getting a message saying, "due to my account being used by multiple devices, please contact the ticket office".
Like i said ive tried doing that and they make it impossible for us fans to communicate with them. Its a really disappointing way to treat loyal supporters like me, and the club could have sold 3 more tickets tomorrow if it was ran better.
