Most supporters complain about the lack of goals but who do you see as the answer. Do we look at the lower leagues and see if we can pick up a striker equivalent of James Clarke or do we look at premier clubs junior players for loan or an established lower division striker. I don't have any names in mind
On balance a player from the lower leagues MIGHT be hungrier and will probably have been playing regularly.
There has been a significant improvement in our team play recently. We just need to speed up the approach and encourage the players we have to have a pop at goal.
If we had anyone hat good they would only be sold to a bigger club in January. I think the players we've got will rise to the challenge. They've scored quite freely, but they're obviously a bit more anxious at home. Hopefully today's embarrassment will get their minds in the right place.
